Building a Meaningful Life
Life comes with many meaningful moments, both joyful and the incredibly difficult ones. Experiences such as loss, illness, or major life changes can be hard adapt to, and lead to increased stress and effects on your mental health.
I focus on supporting individuals 18 and up at all stages of life experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress. I have a special passion for working with individuals or loved ones/caregivers of those going through end of life, serious illness, and challenges associated with aging. I also enjoy supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD/Autism, through a strengths-based and empowering approach.
I use primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. I use an eclectic approach, and this lets me specifically tailor our time together to meet your needs and goals in therapy. We'll do our work together through both conversation and discussion of practical skills you can use to manage difficult experiences in life with greater ease. My goal as a therapist is to help you create a life full of meaning and value for yourself in the face of life's difficulties.
